Michael Wexler Discusses FTC Possibly Finalizing a Complete Ban on Non-Competes in SHRM

SHRM quoted Michael Wexler in its article, “Will the FTC Finalize a Complete Ban on Noncompetes?,” on February 5. Wexler discussed how the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC's) proposed ban on non-compete agreements is expected to be finalized this year and what might it look like.

He predicted the FTC would "likely pare down restrictions to fall in line with many states that have a more centrist approach.”
