About the Program

With many law schools moving on-campus interviews to Winter 2021, law students will have the opportunity to participate in virtual mock interviews this fall. Watch the recording to learn how to prepare for a mock interview, learn tips for getting the most out of the experience, and watch a live mock interview where we will illustrate best practices and common pitfalls.

Melanie d’Amecourt

Melanie manages legal recruiting for Seyfarth’s Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte and Washington, DC offices and previously worked in the firm’s New York office. She has more than 20 years of experience in legal recruiting, working with AmLaw 100 firms in these markets plus Los Angeles and abroad. Her international experience includes working with a US-based firm in London where she managed the UK trainee program plus recruiting and development for the firm’s Frankfurt, London, Milan and Paris offices. Melanie enjoys meeting and advising students as they embark on their legal careers and is a passionate promoter of inclusion and diversity. She is a member of NALP and the Atlanta Legal Recruiters Association (ALRA), where she previously served as Secretary.

 
Eric Greenberg

Eric Greenberg is a real estate partner in the Boston office of Seyfarth Shaw. He handles large-scale real estate leasing portfolio work for national clients. As a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Eric incorporates technology and process improvement strategies to help clients achieve their goals. Eric is also very active in Diversity/Inclusion initiatives both locally and nationally. He is the partner chair for the Diversity and Inclusion Action Team in Seyfarth’s Boston office. Eric is also a member of the National Filipino American Lawyers Association (NFALA) and a founding member of the Filipino American Lawyers Association of Massachusetts (FALA Mass).


Emily Miller

Emily Miller is a labor and employment associate in the Boston office of Seyfarth Shaw. She graduated from Suffolk University Law School’s evening program in 2019 and joined Seyfarth in September 2019. Prior to coming to Seyfarth, Emily spent six years as the Title IX Coordinator for Students at Harvard College. At Seyfarth, Emily has had the opportunity to do work involving single-plaintiff litigation, labor arbitration, employer counseling, and more.

 
Lisa Pachucki

Lisa supports the firm’s east coast legal recruiting efforts and reports to the Regional Senior Legal Recruiting Manager - East Coast and Director of National Recruiting. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP for two years in their attorney recruiting department, focusing on non-partner lateral recruiting, summer program, entry-level and judicial clerk hiring, and new associate onboarding and integration for their Philadelphia and Princeton offices. Lisa is active in the legal recruiting professional network serving as a member of NALP, Washington Area Legal Recruitment Administrators Association (WALRAA) and Massachusetts Legal Recruiters Association (MALRA). She was also past Secretary and a former member of Legal Recruitment Administrators of Philadelphia (LRAP).
