NLRB Advice Memorandum Provides Guidance On A Lawful Confidentiality Policy

The NLRB Division of Advice recently issued a Memorandum finding that an employer’s confidentiality rule violated Section 8(a)(1) by precluding discussions about ongoing investigations into employee misconduct.
