Noah Finkel Discusses Possible Joint Employer Standard in Bloomberg Law

Bloomberg Law quoted Noah Finkel in its article, “Trump DOL Joint Employer Ambition to Collide With Hostile Courts,” on September 2. Finkel discussed the likely response from the courts if the Department of Labor introduces the new joint employer standard.

“If the Trump administration does issue and implement new regulation in this area that regulation won’t be binding on those courts, and it remains to be seen how much those courts would take that regulation into account.”
