Inc. quoted Noah Finkel in its article, “A New Federal Overtime Rule Goes Into Effect Today. Here's What to Know,” on July 1. Finkel discussed how the new federal overtime rule has expanded to include more white-collar workers.

“Most employers will find that they've correctly classified their employees with regard to this new minimum salary threshold. But the increase on January 1 could be more significant.”
