Noah Finkel was quoted in a March 11 story from Law360 on Rule 68 which allows employers facing an FLSA collective action to extend an offer that provides named plaintiffs full relief for their wage-and-hour claims plus attorneys' fees. Finkel said making an offer of complete relief under Rule 68 requires a perfect storm of circumstances that are not common during normal wage-and-hour litigation.
