Paul Galligan was mentioned in the article, "Obama Administration: Impact,” which appeared in the January 26, 2009 issue of CCH WorkWeek. The article provided a brief synopsis of Paul's New York Law Journal article on the "Top NLRB Precedents in Jeopardy Under Obama Labor Board." According to the article, "The so-called 'Bush board' established several NLRB precedents favorable to employers and reversed several Clinton-era precedents. Now, President Obama can dramatically reshape the NLRB by appointing pro-union board members. The new Obama board likely will reverse as many of these controversial pro-employer precedents as the pro-union members can get their hands on."
