Both California and New York recently enacted new pay discrimination laws, which now stand as the nation’s most aggressive fair pay laws.  These laws, which become effective January 1, 2016 and January 19, 2016, respectively, dramatically lower the bar for an equal pay suit.

Attend this webinar to learn how these laws will apply to your workplace and what to do now to prepare to defend your employee compensation. Topics to include:

  • Overview of the new laws and how they differ from existing law
  • Answers to the Top 10 questions we are most frequently asked about these laws
  • Observations on conducting pay analysis
  • Discussion of how to best assess and mitigate legal risk
