Peter Chatilovicz Quoted in BNA's Daily Labor Report
“UNITE HERE Local 25, Hotel Association Extend Washington, D.C., Contract to March”

Washington, D.C.-based partner Peter Chatilovicz was quoted in BNA's Daily Labor Report article discussing the extension of the collective bargaining agreement between UNITE HERE Local 25 and the Hotel Association of Washington, D.C., which covers healthcare for 5,000 hotel employees.

According to the article, the Hotel Association agreed to pick up the full cost of any health care increases during the contract extension. Peter, who represents the Hotel Association, explained that the hotels did not agree to anything new because the November 1 health insurance premium increases will be below the rate caps in the present labor contract. The hotels were required to continue coverage of the premiums with or without the extension.
