See discussed how artificial intelligence tools vary in quality.  She emphasized that employers must ask key questions before using those tools for resume screening or make decisions to ensure effectiveness and compliance with antidiscrimination laws.

“Really understanding, why are we using this? What benefit are we getting out of it? And how do we know it's working? However attitudes about AI regulation or AI safety change, getting answers to those fundamental questions is still critical.”
