In our prior installment of Regulatory Spring, we walked through the DOL’s proposed rule to update the FLSA’s standard for joint employer status. This week, we are asking for your feedback on the proposed rule via the short survey linked below.
The DOL is accepting comments on the proposed rule until June 25, 2019.
