This week’s edition of Regulatory Spring marks our first of three installments on the Department of Labor’s proposed “regular rate” rule. This is also our first audio installment of the series. This week, we provide an overview of the proposed regular rate rule. Then, in our next two installments, we will present questions to solicit your feedback on where the rule hits the mark and where, if at all, the DOL could do more to craft an clear and effective final rule.
