Revised Form AR-11 and New Form AR-11 SR

The Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) requires that foreign nationals provide notice in writing within 10 days of a change in residence address. Most foreign nationals will notify the INS of the address change through the filing of Form AR-11; certain foreign nationals (as discussed below) are required to use a different change of address form, Form AR-11 SR. Form AR-11 itself has not changed, but the addresses to which the form is required to be sent has in fact changed.
