Revised Massachusetts Unemployment Poster and Notice
Recently, the Division of Employment and Training was split into the Division of Unemployment Assistance (DUA) and the Division of Career Services (DCC). Pursuant to the Massachusetts Unemployment Insurance Law, M.G.L. Chapter 151A, Section 62A (g), employers must post an unemployment information notice in their workplace, and give all terminated employees a notice informing them how to file an unemployment claim. The notices have been revised to reflect the agency's correct name.
