“Dress codes add another layer of litigation risks at bars and clubs”

Seyfarth Shaw labor and employment attorneys Richard McArdle and Nathan Kipp authored an article in the May 8 edition of the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin discussing a recent federal lawsuit alleging race discrimination and harassment against a premier Chicago nightclub.
