Robert Nobile was quoted in a March 28 story “Nontraditional Employers Sponsor Hackathons To Promote Company and Recruit IT Talent” from Bloomberg BNA Human Resources Report on how nontraditional IT employers are sponsoring “hackathons” as a way to promote their companies and attract candidates. Nobile said that he advises employers that participate in hackathons to have written agreements with participants.
