Robert Whitman quoted in Bloomberg BNA

Robert Whitman was quoted in a December 16 story from Bloomberg BNA entitled "No Tipping, Fewer Employment Lawsuits?" regarding the risks and benefits of tipping (or “no tipping”) policies. Whitman said there has been growing attention paid to the challenges, inefficiencies, and inequities associated with tipping, especially in contrast to countries in Europe where tipping is not common, all of which suggests that the no tipping movement will grow.
