Seyfarth Shaw Labor and Employment partner Robert Whitman is quoted in the August 10 edition of Law360 regarding new legislation of New York in which a bill, passed by the state Senate and Assembly on June 21, amends the New York Labor Law by broadening the scope of permissible deductions from consenting employees' wages.
