Sam Schwartz-Fenwick and Dawn Solowey Write on Employer Guidance for Pride Month 2025 in Reuters' Westlaw Today
Seyfarth’s Sam Schwartz-Fenwick and Dawn Solowey co-authored an article, “Pride month feels different this year: An employer's guide to pride 2025 from a cultural flashpoint lens,” in Thomson Reuters’ Westlaw Today on April 25. The Seyfarth attorneys discussed how companies can mitigate the legal risks of observing Pride Month, considering the changing landscape for corporate diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
“While Pride 2025 will undoubtedly look different than it has in prior years, employers can — with thought, planning, and effective risk mitigation — show their support for the LGBTQIA+ community and deliver meaningful programming as part of an overall commitment to a workplace that is inclusive of all employees.”
