Sam Schwartz-Fenwick was quoted in an April 11 story “Firms should lead in creating inclusive workplaces for transgender workers” by Business Insurance on why employers should work to create an inclusive environment for transgender employees and develop policies that can ensure that such workers are protected from discrimination. Schwartz-Fenwick said employers should go above and beyond federal nondiscrimination law when aiming to creating inclusive environments.
