Sam Schwartz-Fenwick was quoted in "Federal Departments' Withdrawal of Gender Identity Guidance Doesn’t Change EEOC's Position," a March 1 story by SHRM on how the commission still considers gender identity discrimination to be illegal. Schwartz-Fenwick said that the scope of federal law regarding transgender inclusion has never been clear.
