Sam Schwartz-Fenwick was quoted in a July 26 story from Bloomberg BNA, "After Military Ban, Are Transgender Health Protections Next?," on how the President's announced ban on transgender people serving in the military is adding to speculation that a health care regulation benefiting transgender people may be on the chopping block. Schwartz-Fenwick thinks that it is very likely that HHS is going to try to unwind the Section 1557 regulations that address transgender protections.
