Sam Schwartz-Fenwick was quoted in a May 1 story from Bloomberg BNA on the Supreme Court same-sex marriage case. Schwartz-Fenwick said that if the court's ultimate decision allows states to continue banning same-sex marriage, this could make life more complicated for sponsors of employee benefit plans.
