Scott Hecker was quoted in a November 9 story from Yahoo! Finance, “Vaccine mandate: Employers urged to go ahead despite court challenges.” Hecker said that OSHA has some hurdles to clear before its emergency temporary standard is deemed legally sound; those hurdles include identifying a “grave danger” to employees that still exists, and showing the rule is necessary to protect all employees in companies with 100 or more employees, in all sectors, from that danger.
