Seyfarth Advises Jamestown on Lease Bringing Equinox to Atlanta's Buckhead Village

Seyfarth Shaw LLP represented Jamestown, a global real estate investment manager and service provider, in connection with a 44,000-square-foot ground-level lease to luxury fitness brand Equinox at Buckhead Village in Atlanta, Georgia.

The lease marks Equinox’s first location in the state and a significant addition to the mixed-use destination’s premium retail and lifestyle offerings.
