Seyfarth Advises Pyramid Global Hospitality Joint Venture in Acquisition of Naples Bay Resort & Marina

July 16, 2026 – Seyfarth Shaw LLP represented a joint-venture between Pyramid Global Hospitality (Pyramid), a leading hotel management company, and an affiliate of Western & Southern Financial Group Inc. in its acquisition and financing of Naples Bay Resort & Marina, a premier luxury resort, club, and marina asset located in Naples, Florida, with Pyramid becoming the operating partner.

The transaction involved the acquisition of both operating assets and equity interests, including the entity that owns the private Naples Bay Club, and required the coordination of multiple ownership groups and property interests. The resort includes 85 hotel units, a residential cottage rental management program, a 97-slip marina, retail and dining venues, meeting and event facilities, and the private Naples Bay Club. The transaction also involved multiple condominium structures and a submerged land lease affecting a portion of the marina, reflecting the complex ownership and operational framework underlying the resort.
