Ward M.Smith

Ward assists clients engaged in the acquisition, development, disposition, financing, and leasing of commercial real estate.

Prior to joining Seyfarth, Ward earned his law and bachelor's degrees from The University of Alabama and served as a summer clerk at another firm, where he assisted attorneys across a variety of practice groups.
