The firm ranked 15th in the “Top Firms Representing Product Liability Defendants” category, handling 3,617 cases.

Lex Machina’s first “Top Law Firm Report for Select Federal Litigation” surveys each of Lex Machina’s federal practice area modules: patent, trademark, copyright, securities, antitrust, commercial litigation, employment, product liability, and bankruptcy appeals in district court. For each practice area, the report examines the top 20 firms filing the most cases and the top 20 defending the most cases over 5 years of data, from January 2013 through December 2017.
