Seyfarth Named Labor & Employment Firm of the Year by Benchmark Litigation

At its recent annual awards ceremony in New York, Benchmark Litigation selected Seyfarth as the Labor & Employment Management-Side Firm of the Year for 2020. Winners are chosen based on an analysis of cases handled during the prior year, including potential precedents set or matters with notably high dollar amounts at stake.

In its eighth year, Benchmark Litigation is the only industry publication focused exclusively on litigation in the United States. Research is conducted through extensive interviews with litigators, dispute resolution specialists and their clients to identify the leading litigators and firms. During these interviews, Benchmark Litigation examines recent casework handled by law firms and asks individual litigators to provide their professional opinions on peers and practitioners within their jurisdiction or practice area.
