Seyfarth Partner Daniel Vielleville to Lecture on International Arbitration in Lima

On October 17, Daniel Vielleville, partner at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, will lecture in Lima, Peru, as part of the Specialization Program in International Arbitration and Investment, presented by the Universidad del Pacífico’s School of Public Management in partnership with the AmCham Peru International Arbitration Center. 

Daniel’s lecture,“The New York Convention and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards”, will examine a key area of international commercial arbitration and the framework governing the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards across jurisdictions.

The program brings together international and Peruvian arbitration practitioners and covers international commercial arbitration and investment arbitration, with a focus on the legal, procedural, and strategic considerations involved in international disputes.
