Seyfarth Recognized in S&P Global for Advising Cequel III on Sale of DDC Solutions to Daikin Applied

Seyfarth’s role advising Cequel III on the sale of DDC Solutions to Daikin Applied was cited in S&P Global. The firm also served as legal advisor to Cequel III, alongside Thompson Street Capital Partners, in the sale of their controlling interest in privately held DDC Solutions to Daikin Applied.
