Jasmine supports Seyfarth’s M&A and commercial finance teams as they guide clients through complex middle market transactions across a wide range of industries. Her experience includes strategic acquisitions, divestitures, equity investments, and other corporate matters.

Leveraging her background as a licensed CPA, Jasmine has a strong grasp of the financial, operational, and risk related considerations that drive negotiations and shape deal outcomes. This foundation enables her to quickly interpret financial statements, identify key economic drivers, and collaborate effectively on diligence, structuring, and closing processes.

Jasmine is particularly passionate about harnessing technology—especially AI enabled tools—into transactional workflows. She brings a modern, systems minded perspective to deal execution, helping teams enhance efficiency, improve accuracy, and maintain consistency throughout each phase.
