Seyfarth's ADA analysis was referenced in a February 11 story from National Mortgage News, "Latest Ellie Mae Encompass update offers ADA compliance tools." In 2018, there were 2,258 lawsuits filed in a federal court alleging the defendant's website (in all industries) violated the ADA's requirements under Title III for accessibility, a 177% increase over 814 suits filed in 2017, Seyfarth's ADA report said.
