Seyfarth's ADA statistics were referenced in a March 21 story from Bussiness2Community, "ADA Compliance & Website Accessibility: Dangers of Non-Compliance." According to a report in Seyfarth's ADA Title III News and Insights Blog, between January 2015 and August 2017, there have been at least 751 ADA website compliance lawsuits filed – with 432 of them coming in 2017.
