Seyfarth’s FLSA Analysis referenced in Business Management Daily

Seyfarth’s FLSA Analysis was referenced in a December 17 story by Business Management Daily  entitled “‘Perfect storm’ for pay lawsuits: 6 do’s & don’ts"  on the firm’s new data which indicates an onslaught of wage-and-hour lawsuits will continue to rise at a record pace. In fiscal year 2015 (which ended on Sept. 30), U.S. employees filed more than 8,700 lawsuits in federal court related to wage-and-hour issues, says the annual study by the firm.
