ATLANTA (January 25, 2012) — Seyfarth Shaw LLP is pleased to announce that Atlanta office Labor & Employment partner Brett Bartlett was recently named to Georgia Trend magazine’s “2011 Legal Elite” list.

Bartlett is chair of Seyfarth Shaw's Labor & Employment Department in Atlanta, a member of the Department's National Steering Committee and a co-chair of the firm's National Wage & Hour Litigation Practice Group. He is also co-author of the ALM Law Journal Press’ definitive treatise regarding wage and hour litigation, Wage & Hour Collective and Class Litigation, published in January 2012.  His practice focuses on the defense of complex federal and state wage and hour cases, and he provides preventative counseling and change management assistance to employers wishing to limit their exposure to investigation and litigation under the federal Fair Labor Standards Act and the state laws that require employers to pay overtime and minimum wages to their employees.
