Seyfarth Shaw Expands Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Department in San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO (October 7, 2011) — Leading law firm Seyfarth Shaw LLP is pleased to announce the addition of senior counsel Ellen Sueda to the firm's San Francisco office. Sueda joins Seyfarth's Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Department from law firm Littler Mendelson.

Sueda brings more than a decade of legal experience, and her practice focuses on executive and equity compensation, non-qualified deferred compensation plans, stock option plans, employee stock purchase plans, restricted stock plans, change in control plans and executive employment, and retention and severance agreements.

Sueda received her undergraduate degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and her law degree from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College. She also has a masters of law degree from University of Florida School of Law. She is admitted to the State Bar of California.
