NEW YORK (September 17, 2012) — Leading law firm Seyfarth Shaw LLP announced today that attorney Pavan Dhillon has joined the firm’s immigration practice. Dhillon joins from boutique immigration law firm Larlee Rosenberg in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Dhillon practices in all areas of Canadian immigration law and assists clients on a wide range of matters including Labour Market Opinions, work permits, provincial nomination programs, investor class, federal skilled workers, spousal sponsorships, adoptions and applications based on humanitarian and compassionate grounds.

Dhillon will work exclusively in Seyfarth’s Outbound Business Immigration group, led by partner Jean-Noël Ben Hamou, which counsels clients regarding the Canadian immigration system, the Labour Market Opinion process, NAFTA work permits, the consequences of past criminality and waiver of inadmissibility to Canada, permanent residency, the Quebec specificity, and Canadian citizenship and residency requirements.
