CHICAGO (June 8, 2012) — Leading law firm Seyfarth Shaw LLP announced today the formation of an inter-disciplinary National Trial Team to leverage the experience of its trial attorneys from the firm’s Litigation and Labor & Employment Departments.

With fewer cases going to trial, selecting superior trial counsel with a proven track record is more critical than ever for clients today. Seyfarth’s National Trial Team provides clients of all sizes with significant first-chair experience in jury and bench trials in jurisdictions across the country. • Replace current counsel and serve as lead trial counsel on high-profile trials
• Collaborate with an existing trial team at Seyfarth or another firm to serve as co-trial counsel
• Act as "strategic counsel" to lend another set of eyes to the litigation -- including jury instructions, verdict forms, voir dire and motions in limine -- as the case is handled by a team from another firm.
