Seyfarth Shaw's 2009 Workplace Class Action Litigation Report was featured in the article, "Litigation: Class Time," published March 2009 in Inside Counsel. The article discussed how, according to Seyfarth's fifth annual report released in January 2009, workplace-related class actions have been on the rise for several years, and the economic downturn likely will spur even more litigation.
