Seyfarth Shaw Welcomes Edward Cerasia II as Partner in the Labor & Employment Department in the New York Office
New York, NY (October 12, 2009)—Seyfarth Shaw LLP, one of America’s leading full-service law firms, today announced that Edward Cerasia II has joined the firm’s New York office. Cerasia joins as a partner in the Labor & Employment Department. Prior to joining Seyfarth Shaw, he was a partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.
Cerasia represents clients in employment, wage and hour, and employee benefits matters in the financial services, insurance, transportation, media and retail industries. He is an experienced trial attorney who has successfully handled jury and bench trials involving claims of sexual, racial, age, and disability harassment; race, age, disability, and gender discrimination; retaliation; constructive discharge; and entitlement to employee benefits. During the last six years alone, he successfully tried five cases to verdict.
