Seyfarth Study Reveals Widening Gap in Unresolved Whistleblower Claims

New research conducted by Seyfarth Shaw’s Whistleblower Team (see chart) reveals that the number of whistleblowers who remain in the workforce is growing significantly, creating a precarious and often uncharted environment for employers.

According to data analyzed by Seyfarth, between 2008 and 2011, the gap in unresolved whistleblower claims has widened quickly: The number of whistleblower cases received grew by 19.3%, while cases completed remained flat (+0.5%).
