Seyfarth to Sponsor 2026 ILPA LCON

Seyfarth is a proud sponsor of ILPA's Fall Legal Conference (LCON), which is scheduled for October 8-9, 2026 in New York, New York. 

LCON is the only conference specifically designed to unite LP legal professionals across the broad range of institutional investor organizations represented within ILPA’s membership, including public and private pensions, endowments, foundations, insurers, and sovereign wealth funds, LCON provides a unique forum for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional connection. 

Steven Richman, Partner in Seyfarth's Corporate Department and Chair of the Institutional Investor Practice Group, will be speaking in two panels during the conference. The first, taking place on October 9th at 8:40 am and titled, "Inside the Continuation Vehicle: Governance, Conflicts, and LP Decision-Making," will examine continuation vehicle structures, process integrity, disclosures, conflicts management, and investor protections through the lens of institutional LP oversight. The second, taking place on October 9th at 11:10 am and titled, "The Cost of Private Equity: A Candid Discussion on Fees, Expenses & Value," will be an interactive discussion on evolving fee and expense allocation practices, disclosure expectations, and LP approaches to transparency and accountability.
