Seyfarth to Sponsor and Participate in ABA's National Managed Care Institute

Seyfarth will proudly sponsor and participate in the American Bar Association’s National Managed Care Institute from November 13-14, 2025, in New York, NY.

This event serves as the flagship annual symposium of the ABA Health Law Section for the managed care industry—bringing together the nation’s leading health care legal minds and innovators to address the ever-evolving world of managed care. Topics will span the full spectrum of the industry, including payors, providers, pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), value-based contracting affiliations, medical service organizations, dental and vision plans, and government programs.

On Friday, November 14, Seyfarth partner Amanda Genovese will participate in a panel titled, The Current Status of the Regulatory, Legislative, and Litigation Trends Related to Pharmacy Benefit Management.

The session will explore current and emerging regulatory efforts directed at PBMs at both the federal and state levels, highlight key legislative developments, and examine notable claims and litigation trends impacting the PBM landscape.
