Seyfarth’s ADA statistics were referenced in an August 3 story from Business Insider, “A single law firm is behind hundreds of website accessibility cases. One client says they 'beefed up' her blindness in more than a dozen lawsuits.” According to Seyfarth, ADA lawsuits over websites have skyrocketed, from just 57 in 2015 to more than 2,500 cases filed in 2020.
