Seyfarth’s ADA statistics were referenced in a June 7 story from RealTrends, “Website accessibility Winn-Dixie lawsuit ruled its site not a place of public accommodation.” According to Seyfarth, ADA Title III website accessibility lawsuits filed in federal courts jumped 177% in 2018 before leveling off in 2019 and 2020.
