Seyfarth’s ADA statistics were referenced in a June 16 story from the New York Law Journal, “New York Federal Courts a Battleground Amid Deepening Rift on Website Accessibility Suits.” According to Seyfarth, so-called website accessibility filings hit a peak in 2020, with more than 2,500 cases filed in federal courts nationwide.
