Seyfarth’s ADA statistics referenced in The Wall Street Journal

Seyfarth’s ADA statistics were referenced in a September 17 story from The Wall Street Journal. According to Seyfarth, between January and June of 2021, just over 6,300 suits were filed in federal court alleging violations of Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act; the firm expects the number of those suits to exceed 12,000 this year.
