Seyfarth’s Growing Corporate Team Adds Arnold Brown in San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO -- (May 2, 2022) -- Seyfarth announced today the arrival of partner Arnold E. Brown to its Corporate department in San Francisco. Brown was most recently a shareholder at Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt.

Brown’s practice focuses on corporate governance, commercial transactions, and complex intellectual property agreements for a large range of clients in the technology space. He represents nonprofit technology standards groups, open source software organizations, and startup technology companies in the communications, consumer electronics, semiconductor, computing, blockchain, and software industries.

Earlier in his career, Brown was a technology entrepreneur, in-house counsel, and leader of technology standards-setting organizations. He earned a J.D. from the University of California-Berkeley School of Law and received an A.B., cum laude, in Government from Harvard University.

Brown is the latest lawyer to join Seyfarth’s Corporate department following the arrivals of partner Michael Jordan and senior counsel Evan Sarosi last month.
