Helen McFarland discusses Washington’s pay transparency law in Law360 Employment Authority

Law360 Employment Authority quoted partner Helen McFarland in its article, “3 Things To Know About Washington's Pay Transparency Law” on January 23. McFarland said in general, Washington's pay transparency law is a good thing but it appears to be more strict than some of the other laws, even in California, New York, and Colorado.
